I've been a health educator for 30 years. I'm a true believer of "Knowledge is Power."

After having my children, I just fell in love with being pregnant and all things surrounding it. I became a birth doula, certified through DONA (Doulas of North America)... but I wanted more. So back to college I went! I became an RN with the sole intent of becoming a Labor and Delivery nurse. I loved just about every minute of it.
