Childbirth Education

Educating women and their partners is by far my favorite thing to do. I will be real with you. I have been in the delivery room hundreds of times. I have also worked in home care (helping  babies right out of the NICU and postpartum mothers who had medical issues). 

I will inform you on all the things I wish someone had told me before having my children.

• This is an informal, private session. People usually contact me around 34 weeks. This can be virtual or in-person (I am based in Lynbrook, NY), but I do not go to clients' homes.
• The session does not have a set time frame. I talk, you talk, we talk. We are done when you both feel comfortable and ready.
• I am not giving any medical advice. Your OB/GYN will tell you what he/she feels is best for your situation. I am simply providing you with information... because knowledge is power.
