Sleep Training

Training your baby to fall asleep in their own crib can be frustrating. I've been there. If your baby is older than five months, I can try to help you. This requires two nights of Zooming at bedtime. The first night, I would like to observe your current routine, and the next night I would like to observe the routine that we implement. This is followed by three additional consecutive Zoom sessions or phone calls if needed.
